A New Christian Year Begins
Advent - the coming of the Christ Child
The liturgical season of Advent begins Sunday, December 1. The word 'advent' comes from the Latin 'adventus' (coming) and reminds us of Jesus coming in history as a newborn, coming into our hearts when we make room, and coming in triumph at the 'end of the age.'

Our theme this year: "From Generation to Generation We Tell this Sacred Story."
